If you want to change your PIN, but still remember it, please do the following:
- Login to CoinDeck
- Select ‘Settings’ from the footer menu
- Select ‘Security’ from the Settings menu, then choose ‘Change PIN’
- Enter your current PIN, your new PIN, then confirm the new PIN
If you have two-factor identification enabled, you will then be prompted to confirm the change using Google Authenticator.
- Using the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code on the right of your screen. (Click the + button, then the camera button to capture the code.)
- The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter it into the required field in your CoinDeck account.
- Click ‘Save’.
