My order was cancelled. Why do I still see a charge on my credit card or bank account statement?

The issuer processes the change. When charges are initiated the pre-authorization may appear immediately even though the charge hasn’t gone through. In such cases, it is common for a charge to still appear in the ledger for a few days after cancellation.
