What do I do if I can no longer access the email address I used to open my CoinDeck account?

For security reasons, clients who have not provided any other form of verification must have access to the email address they used to register their CoinDeck account.

If you lose access, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Bear in mind that we will need to verify your identity before applying any changes.
