What if I want to cancel my cryptocurrency purchase?

Once Coindeck has delivered your cryptocurrency to the wallet of your choice it has fulfilled its obligation to you. All purchases and sales of cryptocurrency, whether completed or pending, are final. The transactions are non-refundable, irrevocable, and cannot be altered once completed. The reason is that the cryptocurrency rates fluctuate constantly. Hence, the value of the cryptocurrency purchased from (or sold to) Coindeck will change within moments after your purchase/sale.

If you decide to change your mind and wish to return the cryptocurrency purchased from Coindeck, Coindeck would be able, at its sole discretion, to buy it back from you based on the current market rate minus the service fee payable for the transaction.
