Why was my order canceled?

Coindeck is held to a very high legal standard of regulatory compliance. We are required by law to collect 'know your customer' documentation to prevent fraud, terrorism, or the use of our platform for other illegal activity such as money laundering. If you are unable to provide the appropriate documentation your order will be canceled.

If Coindeck is forced to cancel your order for any reason you will be charged a 1% cancellation fee.
